KBC Global Services

KBC Group connects the banks and insurance companies in Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. The clients are individual members of the group, and KBC Global Services takes care of everything that happens in the background.
With KBC, you have the opportunity to experience processes you wouldn’t encounter elsewhere unless you work in a bank. We’re a team of both fresh graduates and more experienced colleagues. What do we do in our Czech Branch? Operational risks, international transactions, invoices, financial markets, securities, insurance, loans, and what’s more, even activities that you might not expect – testing of banking applications or robotics.
What values is our corporate culture based on?
We will teach you everything.
Curiosity, common sense and a willingness to learn are what we are looking for. No previous experience is needed, because we will explain everything to you. And if you already have some skills, we will help you develop them even further.
You will be safe with us in the long run.
We will ensure good conditions for quality performance and well-being at work. You get just enough tasks - no boredom or long-term overload. You will have a clear agenda in the team, great colleagues and leaders.
It will be up to you to work your way up.
You can work with us to become an expert in the field, a team leader, a trainer or you can try a completely different position. And if your life priorities change, you can easily move down in the company hierarchy.
Why should a FEM student want to work for our company?
Work for a company that is growing and cares about people.
At KBC, it’s simply about people. It is made for those who expect something more than just working from nine to five. Whether it concerns personal development, simple internal job rotation, or awareness of what’s going on in the company. We try to cater to everyone, whether it concerns expectant mothers and parents or students. Many things in the KBC Global Services happen thanks to the people – the volunteers. Many of us became a part of one of the company communities where we engage in further activities above our usual work duties and make use of our skills in an area we are interested in. The Fun Committee, which organizes corporate events, has the greatest tradition, but the group dedicated to CSR activities is also popular.
